Fast food

I think you like fast food. There is a lot of kind of fast food in Japan. According to this site fast food is cheap and you don't need to take time. So you often go fast food shop. But fast food is bad for your self. So fast food's tast is thick and there is much quantity and balance of the nourishment is bad it is easy to become full but there is much quantity of the oil, and there are few vegetables . So you had better not eat too much fast food.

Laughter is very good thing because the laughter saves you from the disease. There is “laughter therapist” in Japan. I am surprised that there is such a work. However, this expresses that the laughter is good for health. There is really the person whom a disease came to have good by laughter.
